Department of Basic Education Director-General takes Provincial oversight meeting to Grahamstown
The Director General of the Department of Basic Education, Mr Mathanzima Mweli will tomorrow, Wednesday 8 February 2017 host a meeting with the Senior Management of the Eastern Cape Province.
The meeting forms part of the Director Generals Provincial visits to lead interventions aimed at improving educational outputs in the entire education system and share insights from the Trends in Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) 2015.
Eastern Cape Head of Department Mr Themba Kojana as well as Human Science Research Council (HSRC) Executive Director Dr V Reddy will also lead discussions at the gathering.
