Deputy Minister of Public Works, Hon. Jeremy Cronin will on Wednesday, 08 June 2016, officiate the graduation ceremony of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) National Youth Service (NYS) learners at the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality in Port Elizabeth (PE). The event is part of the National Youth Month. The 2016 Youth Month is held under the theme: Youth Moving South Africa Forward.
