The Deputy Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA), honourable Andries Nel will visit the Community Work Programme sites in Randfontein tomorrow (9 November 2016) as part of the Imbizo Focus Week programme.
The Deputy Minister will visit projects at the Jabulani Informal Settlement:
- 10 vegetable tunnels funded by CWP with an objective of establishing cooperatives to create sustainable jobs.
- Jabulani Early Childhood Centre – the ECD was established by CWP.
After visiting projects – the Deputy Minister will engage CWP participants and other stakeholders who are part of the projects.
