The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, Mr Mduduzi Manana, will visit Gert Sibande District Municipality to engage youth in a seminar on Skills Development and post-school opportunities.
The purpose of the seminar is to elaborate on the pronouncements made by the President during the State of the Nation Address (SoNA), with specific reference to skills development and creation of better employment opportunities.
