Ministry of Communications notes judgement by the Supreme Court of Appeal
The Ministry of Communications has noted the judgement handed down by the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein in relation to the case of Mr Hlaudi Motsoeneng, Chief Operating Officer of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
The Ministry is studying the judgement and is confident that the board of the SABC will make an informed decision on how it intends to handle this ruling.
