The Portfolio Committee on Communications has noted the ruling by the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein, which was handed down today, against the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), Mr Hlaudi Motsoeneng.
Committee Chairperson Mr Humprey Maxegwana says, “We respect decisions of the courts and will allow space for the SABC board to deal with the judgement.”
