Committee to get Election Readiness Report
The Portfolio Committee on Home Affairs will tomorrow convene a meeting with the Electoral Commission of South Africa to get a briefing on the readiness to run the 2016 Local Government Elections. The meeting forms part of the oversight role of the Committee over the department of Home Affairs and entities reporting to it.
The Committee will also consider and deliberate on submissions on the Immigration Bill.
