The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) in conjunction with Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Offices of the Premiers invite all members of the media to join them in commemorating four successful years since the launch of the Presidential Hotline Forum.
The forum was formed in 2012 to address technical problems and the wrong allocation of complaints which had a negative impact on service delivery. Since the establishment of the forum, provinces are now resolving complaints received through the hotline successfully and more efficiently.
The event will be held as follows:
