Honourable Speaker,
In his State of the Nation Address in February this year, the Honourable President
Jacob Zuma reminded us that we should, in everything that we are doing for and on behalf of this government, put South Africa first. The President fleshed it out and I quote “All of us have a patriotic duty and responsibility to build and promote our country.”
