Media accreditation for 5th anniversary of the NDP
Government will host the commemorative event of the 5th anniversary of the adoption of the National Development Plan (NDP) under the theme, “NDP 2030, one plan, one country, together we move South Africa Forward”. The Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) has been entrusted with the responsibility to oversee the implementation of the NDP Vision 2030.
The NDP is South Africa’s overarching plan and was adopted by all parties represented in the National Assembly in 2012. The objective of the NDP is to create a better and more prosperous South Africa by 2030. Its core priorities are to eradicate poverty and reduce inequality and unemployment by 2030.
