The Minister of Home Affairs, Ms Naledi Pandor is Acting President of the Republic of South Africa from today, 29 October 2013 until President Jacob Zuma returns from the State Visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo tomorrow, 30 October.
Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe is in the People's Republic of China, leading the South African delegation to the South Africa-China Bi-National Commission meeting.
