The recently established NECT is a civil society-government partnership dedicated to intensifying reform and boosting performance in basic education. “We are pleased with the appointment of a seasoned education strategist, Godwin Khosa as the first chief executive officer of the NECT his experience speaks volumes and will go a long way in strengthening the trust,” Said Minister Motshekga.
