The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) has noted the media interests and comments with regards to the matter before the military court surrounding the landing of a chartered private jet at the Air Force Base Waterkloof.
As the matter is before court it would be appropriate to allow space for the military court to do its work and conclude. The SANDF appeals to all concerned not to use the media to pressurise the officers of court with the hope of influencing the outcome of the case.
