KwaZulu-Natal will administer the Computer Applications Technology Examination for 6 923 candidates

The Department of Education in KwaZulu-Natal would like to wish good luck to all leaners who are writing two computer aided subjects starting on 8 and 9 October 2013.

On 8 October, KwaZulu-Natal will administer the Computer Applications Technology Examination for 6 923 candidates. Of the 6 923 candidates, 143 are part time entries and 6780 are full time candidates. On 9 October, the province will administer the Information Technology Examination for 1 653 candidates. Of the 1 653, 11 are part time entries and 1642 are full time candidates.

“We wish all our learners good luck and I am sure they are going to make us proud. As a department in collaboration with our twelve districts, we have made all necessary preparations relating to registration, computer software and readiness in case of inclement weather,” said MEC Nkonyeni.
