The Secretary would like to announce that the inquiry on the fitness of Mr Mxolisi Nxasana to hold office as the National Director of Public Prosecution (NDPP), is set to commence on Monday, 11 May 2015. As such, the Commission will be accommodated at the South African Law Reform Commission in Centurion, Gauteng.
Advocate Nazeer Cassim SC will chair the proceedings, supported by Advocate Lindiwe Nkosi-Thomas SC and Advocate Sthembiso Mdladla SC. In a preparatory meeting on 26 February 2015, Advocate Cassim SC announced that interested parties were invited to make submissions by 27 March 2015.
