Active Insolvency Practitioners in South Africa
This is the provisional list of active Insolvency Practitioners on the national Master’s list of Insolvency Practitioners.
All persons reflected on this list or any person who currently is on any list of Insolvency Practitioners in the Master’s offices, not reflected on this list, are required to complete the information form truthfully and honestly, as the information will be relied upon in decision-making. Incorrect information will be regarded in a very serious light.
The completed information form must be emailed to the office of the Chief Master in electronic format (ChiefMastersListofLiquidators@justice.gov.za) before close of business on the 7 March 2014. Practitioners are expected to retain the originally signed hard copy in safekeeping and be able to produce it on demand.
Submission of the completed information form will enable the panel to consider placing your name in the final Master’s list of Insolvency Practitioners and facilitate appointment once the policy on Appointment of Insolvency Practitioner commences to operate on the 31 March 2014, as published in the Government Gazette of 7 February 2014.
