The Department of Home Affairs has noted the judgment of the North Gauteng High Court in the matter between Fireblade Aviation Proprietary Limited and the Minister of Home Affairs and others, involving the private hosting of an exclusive VVIP port of entry at O.R. Tambo International Airport.
The department is studying the contents of the judgment and will make an announcement in due course about the next steps in this regard.
