Home Affairs Minister, Naledi Pandor invites public comments on the Immigration Regulations, 2014
The Minister of Home Affairs Naledi Pandor has gazette (Government Gazette No. 37335) for public comment Draft Immigration Regulations in terms of Section 7 of the Immigration Act of 2002 after consultation with the Immigration Advisory Board.
The Draft Immigration Regulations and accompanying documents are available on the Home Affairs website.
Written comments should reach the department on or before 28 February 2014. The submissions should be addressed to the Chief Director: Legal Services and may be forwarded as follows:
