Essential maintenance work to cause water supply interruption
Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality wishes to inform residents and businesses in Germiston of a planned water supply interruption scheduled for Friday, 27 February from 06h00 to 18h00.
The water supply interruption is due to maintenance work to be carried out on a bulk Rand Water line that supplies water to the Primrose Reservoir.
The affected areas are; Germiston East Industrial, Lambton, Elsburg, Germiston CBD and Wadeville
Residents are encouraged to store water for domestic purposes and ensure that all taps are properly closed in the event water is restored before the expected time.
The municipality sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to be caused.
