No grounds for disciplinary action: A response to the Public Protector
Attached is a response from the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to the Public Protector’s December 2013 Report on allegations of irregular awarding of a tender for Sekunjalo Marine Services Consortium.
The response was sent to the Public Protector this morning by the Director-General: Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Edith V. Vries. Given the high level of public interest in this matter, the response is being released to the media in its entirety.
