Pretoria: Transport Deputy Minister, Honourable Jeremy Cronin will give a keynote address during a youth dialogue session with South African Network for Youth in Transport (SANYIT).
In commemoration of June as a Youth Month, under the theme "Celebrating vibrant youth voice" the Deputy Minister will afford young people the opportunity to raise their concerns and deliberate on various priority areas that relate to the transport sector nationally and globally.
The youth dialogue session aims to:
* expose youth to different socio-economic and educational opportunities within the transport sector
* create a broader understanding of the Department of Transport's key strategic priorities among young people
* create a platform for discussion and engagement between the SANYIT and the transport sector leadership
* showcase career prospects in the transport sector
