Public Protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela will on Tuesday, 19 June 2012 lead her office's commemoration of Youth Month in Khutsong, Carletonville.
Her address will focus on “Promoting Good Governance in pursuit of a better life for all young people.” The event will also double up as an opportunity to bring the services of the Public Protector closer to the doorsteps of Merafong communities.
The Public Protector will be accompanied by a team of investigators who will register service and conduct failure complaints on site. This is in line with constitutional injunction for the Public Protector to be accessible to all persons and communities.
