This morning, Gauteng Premier, Nomvula Mokonyane and MEC for Health and Social Development Qedani Mahlangu will meet with the families of the six babies who died at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital on 18 and 19 May 2010.
During this meeting, the Premier and MEC will brief the families about the report into the incident and also inform them about what government has done to correct to correct the situation.
The families will also be offered any assistance that they may require such as counseling.
