Minister Ndebele attends installation ceremony as new chancellor of the

Transport Minister Sibusiso Ndebele will on Friday, 30 April 2010, attend the installation ceremony of the University of Zululand in KwaZulu-Natal as its new chancellor.

Minister Ndebele succeeds the former Chancellor, President Jacob Zuma, who’s two terms expired in 2009. The minister is both deeply humbled and honoured by the University of Zululand’s council decision to appoint him as the new chancellor.

The university has invited various stakeholders to this august event, including members of the university council, senate, student representative council, students, government, labour and business as well as diverse partners.
