Today, the Minister of Finance Mr Pravin Gordhan, Premier of KwaZulu-Natal Dr Zweli Mkhize and the MEC for Health Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo, will launch the provincial HIV Counselling and Testing campaign which aims to have every citizen of the country to know their status kick started by the president.
The campaign is being launched in Pietermaritzburg, Edendale hospital. "If we can change the course of the epidemic in this province, the whole country's picture will change," believes the MEC for Health.
