Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Susan Shabangu, will on Wednesday morning brief members of the media ahead of her maiden Budget Vote in the new portfolio.
Shabangu is expected to shed light on how the new Department of Women is to advance women’s socio-economic empowerment and women’s rights. She will also give an update on the WEGE Bill and other key initiatives of the department.
