Minister Kubayi to brief members of the media on Human Settlements Policy changes
The Minister of Human Settlements, Mmamoloko Kubayi, and Deputy Minister Pam Tshwete will brief members of the media on Human Settlements policy amendments coming into effect from the 1st of April 2024. Areas of focus include amongst others,
achievements in the implementation of the Medium-Term Strategic Framework (MTSF), the delivery of sustainable human settlements, the implementation of the Emergency Housing Programme since the 1st of April 2023, and the process that is currently underway to review the Housing Act of 1997.
The annual media briefing will take place on Thursday, 28 March 2024, immediately after the Post Cabinet Media Briefing led by the Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni.
