The Minister of Justice and Correctional Services Advocate Michael Masutha, who has oversight of the Justice and Constitutional Development as well as the Correctional Services portfolios, will brief media on key progress achieved during 2017.
The briefing will provide an opportunity for the Minister, as well as several heads of relevant departments and entities including the National Prosecuting Authority the Special Investigating Unit and Legal Aid South Africa to reflect on work done by these entities within the criminal justice system as they form an integral part in the administration of justice.
