The Minister for Social Development, Ms Bathabile Dlamini, will brief the media on a new initiative aimed at reviewing and improving the current service delivery model used by her department and its entities, the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) and the National Development Agency (NDA).
The new initiative seeks to make the department and its entities more accessible at ward level by increasing the footprint of service points.
