The Minister of Finance, Mr Pravin Gordhan, will brief the media on the implementation of the new customs systems modernisation which has been introduced to all the country’s border posts by the South African Revenue Service (SARS). It forms part of the Customs Modernisation programme and will have a significant impact on commercial trade in the country.
