Western Cape MEC of Transport and Public Works, Robin Carlisle, will be announcing the new HoD for the Department of Transport and Public Works. The process for appointing the new HoD began after the current HoD, Mr Johan Fourie, took the decision to retire at the end of October 2013, following 40 years of dedicated public service.
The announcement is the culmination of a rigorous appointment process for a post that attracted a high calibre of applicants. The MEC and the new HOD will, thereafter, be available for interviews and photographs.
