Media briefing invitation on the outcome of the conference: Safeguarding electoral integrity in the digital age
The Electoral Commission and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to invite you to a media briefing that will provide an outcome on the conference held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (ICC) this week, 2 to 5 March 2020, with regards to strategies for combatting digital disinformation during elections.
The conference was attended by 34 African countries representing their Election Management Bodies (EMBs), South African political parties, speakers and panellists from around the world including; New York, London, Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Johannesburg, Maputo and Tunis.
