The Ekurhuleni executive mayor Clr Mondli Gungubele together with MMC for Finance and Head of Council Business Clr Moses Makwakwa will tomorrow morning hold a Pre-Budget Speech Media Briefing breakfast ahead of the delivery of the 2013/14 - 2015/16 municipal budget later on the same day at 10:00.
