Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation briefs media on successes and achievements of Fusion Centre, 6 Dec

The National Head of the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI), Leut Gen.  (Dr/Adv) Godfrey Lebeya, will lead a media briefing to update the public about the successes and achievements of the Fusion Centre since its establishment in 2020.

The Fusion Centre is an operational hub to address priority financial crimes, including corruption. The Centre brings together the investigative capabilities of government’s crime prevention and security structures and those of the Financial Intelligence Centre, which develops intelligence for law enforcement agencies to use in their investigations.

Leut. Gen. Lebeya will be joined by members of National Priority Committee on Organised Crime (NPCOC).
