The Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Mzwandile Masina will address the media on the National Lottery Licence following yesterday’s judgement by the High Court in Pretoria in the review application launched by Gidani.
The review was aimed at setting aside Minister Davies’ decision to appoint Ithuba as the preferred applicant to operate the lottery.
