The Minister of Correctional Services, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, will on Tuesday, host a press conference on her department's budget vote. The Minister will among other things, outline her immediate plans for the Department, report back on the achievements and challenges against the undertakings made in the previous financial year.
