MEC Kgaogelo Lekgoro will visit Cosmo City as part of his scheduled visits to construction sites.
He is expected to check progress on the latest developments taking place in Cosmo City. The visit is also aimed at identifying the integration of communities in Cosmo City.
The Department of Local Government and Housing is preparing to legislate, the inclusionary housing policy, which was adopted by the Gauteng Executive Council.
The legislation will make it compulsory for any future housing development in Gauteng to set development which will have low cost houses as well as affordable housing along site up market housing stock.
