Gauteng Finance MEC, Mr Mandla Nkomfe, will on Tuesday, 12 October table the provincial economic review and outlook report at the Gauteng provincial legislature.
The report is an in depth analysis of trends in the economy and a key catalyst in helping the provincial government plan the allocation of resources in order to meet the outcomes adopted by government.
The 2010 provincial economic review and outlook will outline key actions government will take in stimulating growth, investment and employment opportunities. A detailed analysis of how sectors of the economy have fared is provided including how these will contribute to future employment and the reduction of unemployment.
