The North West MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Mothibedi Kegakilwe will on Friday, 1 October 2010, deliver a keynote address at the launch of Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati anti-corruption forum.
The anti-corruption forum is a non-statutory and multi-sectored structure consisting of different stakeholders whose common aim is to rid the society of diverse forms of corruption.
Its objectives are to support and implement programmes of the provincial anti-corruption forum and to partner with local and district municipalities on initiatives which promote the fight against fraud and corruption.
A similar forum has already been launched in Dr Kenneth Kaunda district.
