On Monday, Western Cape MEC for Education Donald Grant will be announcing the details of the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) school infrastructure plan.
These details include some of the names of the new schools to be built over the current Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), the names of schools that will be replaced because they are made from inappropriate materials and details on the classroom expansion plan.
