KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance, Ms Ina Cronjé, will on Friday, 23 July 2010, launch the provincial Savings Month campaign at Shembe Memorial Primary School at Inanda in Durban.
Research shows that our people are not saving leading to more people depending on government for survival. This is the main reason for the KwaZulu-Natal government through Provincial Treasury to drive the financial literacy campaign and education programmes during the savings month and beyond, to help all citizens including pupils in schools to learn how to plan for their future.
