The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby invites all interested parties to a one day public hearing on the Draft Accounting Separation Regulations published in the Government Gazette No.3327 and Draft Price Cap Regulations published in the Government Gazette No.3374.
The authority published the draft regulations on 7 June 2010, inviting interested parties, stakeholders and the general public to make written submissions for consideration by the authority.
The closing date for written submissions on the draft regulations was 7 July 2010, by which time the authority had received one written submission.
The public hearings on the draft regulations are to be held as follows:
