Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi will announce the readiness of the country to implement new measures to address the HIV and AIDS at a press conference to be held tomorrow, 25 March in Johannesburg. The announcement will focus on two key measures dealing with new treatment guidelines as announced on World AIDS Day last year and the massive HIV counselling and testing campaign due to start in April this year.
