The Department of Energy Deputy Minister, Ms Barbara Thomson will deliver the official Keynote address at the Women in Energy Africa Forum Conference to be held tomorrow, 1 October 2013, at the Gallagher Convention Centre, Johannesburg. The Deputy Minister will also receive “the Excellence in Public Service Award”.
Under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy South Africa, the Women in Energy Africa Forum is a platform for women involved in the energy space to learn from international women leaders, connect with one another, share industry knowledge, and ultimately promote mentorship and facilitate increased participation of women in the energy sector.
