The annual Royal Reed Dance, popularly known as Umkhosi Womhlanga, takes place from 30 August to 2 September 2013 at Enyokeni Royal Palace, in Nongoma. Members of the media who will be covering the event are requested to confirm their attendance by submitting their names, contact numbers and media houses they are representing to xabag@kzndac.gov.za or nkomon@kzndac.gov.za by 27 August 2013.
Accreditation tags will be issued on 31 August 2013 from 09h00 to 11h00 and journalists are requested to bring their valid press cards or original official letters from their media houses confirming them as bona fide journalists assigned to cover the event. Provision will be made for two representatives per media house i.e. a photographer and a reporter.
