Transport Deputy Minister joins ATNS in celebrating excellence

The Deputy Minister of Transport, Honourable Sindisiwe Chikunga will on Friday, join the ATNS Executive Committee and Board of Directors, in celebrating the successes achieved by over a hundred ATNS staff members, who participated in the inaugural ATNS Blueprint Leadership Programme.

This programme was birthed from a top management decision  to follow an integrated approach that aligns the current organizational structure with the demand for a high performance culture. It seeks to provide the framework within which ATNS is able to enhance its leadership capacity to ensure the attainment of strategic objectives.

ATNS employees registered for and actively participated in the following programmes:

  • Nine Conversations a nine (9) months leadership development programme which develops leadership competency through the initiation of leadership conversations
  • Women’s Management Development Programme. A programme designed to offer development opportunities for all women in the organization in order to empower them to function at supervisory, management and executive positions.
  •  Mentor and Mentees Programme  Intended inculcate an ethos of coaching and mentoring within the organisation to facilitate optimal knowledge and skill transfer.
  • ATNS has, over the years, encouraged a culture of lifelong learning  for employees to develop their full potential.
