The South African Aids Council embarks on HIV Counselling and Testing Campaign, 8 Nov

The South African National AIDS Council (SANAC) will on Saturday, 8 November 2014 embark on an outreach campaign of the HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT) Campaign in Embalenhle township in Secunda, Mpumalanga. Deputy President Ramaphosa joined by Minister Aaron Motsoaledi, Premier David Mabuza and Sasol Executives will lead the campaign.

The national HIV Counselling and Testing Campaign (HCT) was launched by President Zuma in April 2010 under the theme: “I am responsible, We are responsible and South Africa is taking responsibility” as a call to all citizens to take responsibility for knowing their HIV status, support those who are HIV positive and contribute to the wider response in their communities.
