Rural Development Minister Gugile Nkwinti to launch a R67 million Animals and Veld Management Programme at Msinga and Maphumulo in KwaZulu-Natal

The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Honourable GugileNkwinti cordially invites you to the Msinga Animal and Veld Management Programme launch. The visit will include official launching of a community sale yard at which all future animal auctions will take place.

This year marks 100 years since the promulgation of the 1913 Natives Land Act which denied black people of all economic gain. The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform is therefore engaging in a series of activities to mark the effects of this Act.

The Minister will be accompanied by the MEC for Agriculture, Environmental Affairs, Dr BM Radebe and other senior managers within the department.
