Public Protector to clarify issues relating to the court action on the Nkandla provisional report

The Public Protector will on Monday, 11 November 2013 issue a comprehensive statement, clarifying the issues that led to the court action on her provisional report regarding the security upgrades at the President’s private home in Nkandla, KwaZulu-Natal.

The statement will also clarify why the Public Protector is taking the position she is taking on the process. A media briefing will be held after the matter has gone to court on Friday, 15 November 2013.
