Public Enterprises Deputy Minister to handover timber-frame school classrooms in Mpumalanga

SAFCOL brings green classroom to rural community as it continues to play a pivotal role in rural socio-economic and infrastructure development.

Infrastructure development is a key priority in government and the need is most evident in the rural communities. SAFCOL, having developed partnerships with communities surrounding its plantations, has become pivotal in the socio-economic development and infrastructure development of these communities.

On Saturday, 5 October 2013, the Deputy Minister of Public Enterprises, Mr Bulelani Magwanishe and SAFCOL Group CEO, Ms Nomkhita Mona will officially handover timber-frame school classroom to Bhekimfundvo Primary School in Swallow’s Nest, Mpumalanga. Other contributors to this establishment are Eskom, Transnet and Denel.
